A: You must open an account to be able to send questions to sellers. Go to the product record and use the section: Ask a question to the seller.
Items Sold or Won
Q : Where is the information about payment, delivery, leaving feedback, sending an invoice, sending bank information for items won or sold?
A: Items Sold: In the sale section of your member space, in the sold items section click on the link: See the details for the item sold to access the manager.
A: Items Won: In the buy section of your member space, in the items won section, click on see my items won to access the manager.

Stores Information

A: In your member area, go to the store section then save page to be able to complete your general terms of sale, promos, info, etc.
How do the categories work in the stores?
You can create your own categories for your store.
The sale option for “Both” will allow you to put a product for sale in your store as well as in the main categories of the site located on the left.
Creation of Categories:
Enter the name of the category(ies) and click on “Save Changes”.
Once the categories have been created, a message in red will appear to enable the change, you must click on this red message, you will also be able to choose an order of appearance by using the box “Order”.
2- Display of Categories in the Store:
Once they have been created, the personalized categories will appear in the left column in addition to the site’s main categories on the bottom of the categories manager page. To display the desired categories in your store, drag them in the right column and then click on “Save Changes”.
Note: To be able to sell an item with the option “Both”, you must choose one of the site’s main categories and make it appear in your store by placing it on the right so it will appear in your store.
